WHEREAS, The County Commissioners of Weld County,
State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 11th day
of April , A.D. 19 90 , at which meeting there were present the following
members Chairman Gene R. Brantner and Commissioners George Kennedy and Gordon
E. Lacy, with Commissioners Constance L. Harbert and C.W. Kirby being absent

This is to advise you that the Board of Weld County Commissioners
will hear three petitions, requested by the Weld County Treasurer,
