WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, m w
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a Special Review Permit for a trash hauling business in the A k n
(Agricultural) Zone District was granted to Harlen and Helen Schultz by o

The Department of Planning Services' staff recommends the Board of County
Commissioners vacate USR-882 at the request of the property owner.
