ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF WAY OVER
STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE THIRD ADDITION TOFWILSHIRE
SUBDIVISION, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, IN BEHALF OF THE
PUBLIC:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colora'
that they hereby accept the dedication of streets and avenues in the Third Addition
to Wilshire Subdivision, Weld County, Colorado, in behalf of the public, from the
Wilshire Land Company, a Colorado Corporation of Greeley, Colorado, to-wit:
That the above named, being the sole owners en fee of all that part of
the NE* of the NW* of Section 12, Twp 5 N, R 66 W, of the 6th P.M. ,
Wild County, Colorado, atuddescribed as follows: Beginning at a point
a distance of 2,688.93 feet East of the NW corner of Said Section 12,
and South a distance of 856.35 feet along the East line of the NWk,
Sectiem 12, to the point of beginning. Thence, S 89° -56' -53"N, 570.25
feet; thence, on a cur* to the right whose radius is 260 feet, a distance
of 226,89 feet; thence, N 40° -03' -07" W, 143.51 feet; thence, S 49° -57'
-05" W, 270.0 feet; thence, S 40° -03' -07" E, 241.44 feet; thence,on a
curve to the left whose radius is 320tH' feet, a distance of 143.87 feet;
thence, S 0° -02' -55" E, 114.78' feet; thence, S 81° -23' -05" E, 127.46
feet; thence, N 89° -56' -53" E, 673.0 feet; thence, N 0° -03' -07" W 375.1
feet to the point of beginning, have subdivided the same into lots/t' °sRb&h'
on the attached map and do hereby set aside said portion or tract of land
and designate the same Third Addition to Wilshire, a Subdivision of Weld
County, Colorado, and dedicate to the public the courts, streets, avenues,
alleys, parks, playgrounds, school sites and drives as shown on said map
and do further certify that the width of said courts, streets, avenues, and
drives, the dimensions of the lots and blocks And the names and numbers the:
of are correctly designated upon said annexed map and that the scale thereo.
