RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING FOUR TAX ABATEMENT PETITIONS - BANC ONE OF
COLORADO CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with four tax abatement petitions,
Schedule Numbers 961-17-3-18-007 and 009, 961-05-3-15-022, 0959-12-1-04-003, and
0707-12-3-09-013, from National Bank of Greeley, Greeley National Bank, West
Greeley National Bank, and Affiliated National Bank, c/o Banc One of Colorado
Corporation, 1125 17th Street, Suite 1500, Denver, Colorado 80202, with agent
being William A. McLain, P.C. , c/o Tax Profile Services, 1123 Auraria Parkway,
Suite G100, Denver, Colorado 80204, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on March 1, 1993 at which time
the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to March 29, 1993 at 9:00
a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
March 29, 1993 at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of March, A.D. , 1993.
