RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING
ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Area
Agency on Aging Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Rebecca A. Leonard and
Dorothy L. Thompson be appointed to said Board to fill said
vacancies, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Rebecca A. Leonard to
the Weld County Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, with her term
to expire January 31 , 1992 , and
WHEREAS, the Board also desires to appoint Dorothy L.
Thompson to said Board, with her term to expire January 31 , 1994 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board o£ County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Rebecca A. Leonard
and Dorothy L. Thompson be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Weld County Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, with their terms
to expire January 31 , 1992 , and January 31 , 1994 , respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
September, A.D. , 1990 . q
