RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LEROY ZIMBLEMAN AND JIM EHRLICH TO SOUTHEAST WELD
WEED DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Southeast Weld Weed District
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that LeRoy Zimbleman and Jim Ehrlich be
appointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint LeRoy Zimbleman and Jim
Ehrlich to said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that LeRoy Zimbleman and Jim Ehrlich be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Southeast Weld Weed District Advisory Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of March, A.D. , 1993.

RE: Replacement of Two Board Members on Southeast
Weld Weed District Advisory Board
There are two vacant positions on the Southeast Weld Weed District Advisory Board
that need to be filled. The three remaining board members have spoken to two
farmers in their district to see if they would serve on the board and they both
said they would. The advisory board has asked me to submit their names to you
for your consideration.
The two landowners that are willing to serve on the board are:
