RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ARTHUR PARTRIDGE TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Arthur Partridge be appointed to said
board, to replace John Windsor as an associate member, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Arthur Partridge to said
board, with his term to expire December 31, 19-95.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Arthur Partridge be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Board of Adjustment, with his term to expire December 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted /b/y the fallowing vote on the 1st day of March, A.D. , 1993.
