Petitioner is protesting the 1991 actual value of the subject property. 3 . The parties agreed that the 1991 actual value of the commercial property in Parcel Number 0807-17-3-02-003 should be reduced to: Land $ 78, 038 . 00 Improvements $211, 962 . 00 Total $290, 000. 00 4 . The valuation, as established above, shall be binding only with respect to tax year 1991. 7. Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made: Protective denial was given at the C.B.O.E. After further review of the subject property a small adjustment was appropriate. 8. Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals on March 11 , 1992 (date) at 1:00 P.M. (time) be vacated; or, a hearing has not yet been scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals (check if appropriate) .
