RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SHOW CAUSE HEARING TO CONSIDER REVOCATION OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #908 - LAKU LANDING, C/O PHILIP G. AND ELLEN J. YASTROW/RANDY HOCKING WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on January 8, 1992, a Show Cause Hearing was conducted to consider revocation of Special Review Permit #908, issued to Laku Landing, c/o Philip G. and Ellen J. Yastrow/Randy Hocking, and WHEREAS, Philip G. and Ellen J. Yastrow and Randy Hocking are owners of the facility located on property described as Part of the Si of Section 20, and part of the Nf of Section 29, Township 6 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, at the hearing of January 8, 1992, the Department of Planning Services informed the Board that Ken Lind, attorney representing said permit holders, was unable to attend said hearing because of weather conditions, and WHEREAS, County Attorney staff informed the Board that Mr. Lind requested a continuance of said matter to January 22, 1992, at 10:00 a.m. , and WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said Show Cause Hearing concerning the revocation of Special Review Permit #908, issued to Laku Landing, c/o Philip G. and Ellen J. Yastrow/Randy Hocking, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Show Cause Hearing to consider the revocation of Special Review Permit #908, issued to Laku Landing, c/o Philip G. and Ellen J. Mr. Morrison said Mr. Lind is requesting a continuance to Januayr 22. Commissioner Webster moved to continue the Show Cause Hearing to January 22, 1992, at 10:00 a.m. There was no public comment offered concerning this matter.
