RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Area Agency on Aging,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mary Ellen Faules be reappointed to
said agency, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Chalon Renfro, to replace Raleigh
Vincent, and William Randall, to replace Lyman Bacon, be appointed to said
agency, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Mary Ellen Faules to
said agency, with her term to expire January 31, 1997, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Chalon Renfro and William
Randall to said agency, with terms to expire January 31, 1995, and January 31,
1997, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Mary Ellen Faules be, and hereby is, reappointed to the
Weld County Area Agency on Aging, with her term to expire January 31, 1997.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Chalon Renfro and William Randall
be, and hereby are, appointed to said agency, with terms to expire January 31,
1995, and January 31, 1997, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of January, A.D. , 1994.
