THE PARTIES TO THIS ACTION entered into two Stipulations,
which have been approved by the Board of Assessment Appeals.
Copies of the Stipulations are attached and incorporated as part of
this decision.
FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS:

3 . The parties agreed that the 1991 actual values of the
subject property should be reduced to:

5. The Board concurs with the Stipulations.
ORDER:
Respondent is ordered to reduce the 1991 actual values of the
properties in Parcel Numbers 0709-3-12-03-013 and 0709-3-12-03-016,
as set forth in Paragraph 3 above.
The Weld County Assessor is directed to change his records
accordingly.

Stipulation regarding the tax year 1991 valuation of the subject
property, and jointly move the Board of Assessment Appeals to enter
its order based on this Stipulation.
Petitioner(s) and Respondent agree and stipulate as follows:
1. The property subject to this Stipulation is described as:
L4 Blk 2 Arrowhead, Eaton CO
2. The subject property is classified as Commercial
property (what type) .
3. The County Assessor originally assigned the following
actual value to the subject property for tax year 1991 :
Land $ 1,612
Improvements $ 26,540
Total $ 28,152
4. After a timely appeal to the Board of Equalization, the
Board of Equalization valued the subject property as follows:
Land $ 1,612
Improvements $ 26,540
Total $ 28,152

5. After further review and negotiation, Petitioner(s) and
County Board of Equalization agree to the following tax year 1991

Total $ 21,552
6. The valuation, as established above, shall be binding only
with respect to tax year 1991.
7. Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made:
After protective denial to C.B.O.E. adjusted value based on income
approach.
8. Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the
Board of Assessment Appeals on March 1, 1992 (date) at
2:00 P.M. (time) be vacated; or, a hearing has not let been
scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals (chedk if
appropriate) .
