RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF TIMOTHY LOSH TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Timothy Losh be appointed to said
board, to replace Raymond Mora, as District 5 representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Timothy Losh to said
board, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Timothy Losh be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Board of Adjustment as District 5 representative, with his term to expire
December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of March, A.D. , 1994.
