Home My WebLink About931039.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT FOR A HYDROCARBON RAIL LOADING FACILITY IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - ASSOCIATED NATURAL GAS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 6th day of October, 1993, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Associated Natural Gas, 900 Republic Plaza, Denver, Colorado 80217, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a hydrocarbon rail loading facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of the SE'-,-, of Section 2, Township 4 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Planning staff informed the Board the applicant did not post the necessary sign in a timely manner, and WHEREAS, after being fully informed, the Board of County Commissioners deemed it advisable to continue said matter to October 20, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. , to allow the applicant to post the necessary sign. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Greg Thompson, Planning Department representative, stated the necessary sign was not posted in a timely manner; therefore, he recommended this matter be continued to October 20, 1993. The applicant was not represented, and there was no public testimony offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Webster moved to continue the request of Associated Natural Gas for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a hydrocarbon rail loading facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to October 20, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Baxter, and it carried unanimously.
