RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH
COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John T. Martin and Dr.
Paul Hiratzka be reappointed to the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint John T.
Martin and Dr. Paul Hiratzka to the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, with their terms to expire January 11 ,
1994 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that John T. Martin and
Dr. Paul Hiratzka be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Board of
Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with their terms to
expire January 11 , 1994 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
December, A.D. , 1990 .
