RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant
to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the
authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Adams, large business
representative; Charles McDonald, labor/union representative; Nancy Brigden, small
business representative; and Tom Ivory, Job Service representative, be reappointed
to represent the Weld County Private Industry Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Swanson, and Michael Cruz, small
business representatives; Roberta Miller and Gregory Thiesen, large business
representatives, be appointed to represent the Weld County Private Industry Council,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Robert Adams, Charles
McDonald, Nancy Brigden, and Tom Ivory to said Board, with their terms to expire
December 31, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint John Swanson and Roberta Miller
to said Board with their terms to expire December 31, 1992, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Michael Cruz to said Board with
his term to expire December 31, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gregory Thiesen to said Board
with his term to expire December 31, 1993, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Robert Adams, Charles McDonald, Nancy Brigden, Tom Ivory, John
Swanson, Michael Cruz, Roberta Miller and Gregory Thiesen be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Weld County Private Industry Council with terms as herein listed.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of February A.D. , 1991.
