RE: APPROVE REQUEST FROM DENNIS GENE ZITEK, DBA LAZY D, TO CHANGE, ALTER OR
MODIFY PREMISES AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request from Dennis Gene
Zitek, dba Lazy D, for permission to change, alter, or modify its premises, in
connection with its license for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors
for consumption by the drink on the premises only, and
WHEREAS, said request concerns opening the entire building located at Weld
County Road 136, 1139520, Hereford, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request from Dennis Gene Zitek, dba Lazy D, for
permission to change, alter, or modify its premises as hereinabove stated, be,
and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said request.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of August, A.D. , 1993.
