Dear Mr. Barker:
I am chagrined at the delay but am enclosing a copy of a recorded
release of oil & gas lease covering all right, title and interest
of MGF Oil Company and pertaining to the captioned lease. This
release is pursuant to your request dated 12/21/90. I apologize
for the delay; I hope it hasn't caused undue inconvenience.
It is my understanding Parker & Parsley has previously sent you a
release of their interest under this lease.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, WHEREAS, MGF OIL CORPORATION, at 6733 South Yale, Tulsa,
Oklahoma 74136, (hereinafter referred to as "Owner" ) is the owner
N of that certain Oil and Gas Lease more fully described on Exhibit
"A" , attached hereto and made a part hereof insofar as the rights

covers the lands described therein.
HOWEVER, Owner hereby expressly reserves all of its right,
title and interest to any personal property located on the subject
CZr land or lands pooled therewith, including but not limited to any

tubular goods and the right to remove same within a reasonable
period
