RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING ANTELOPE HILLS LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated June 10, 1991, the Board of County
Commissioners accepted the certification of Special Election held June 5, 1991,
thereby making June 10, 1991, the effective date for the creation of the Antelope
Hills Law Enforcement Authority, and
WHEREAS, on July 14, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners did convene
as the governing body of the Antelope Hills Law Enforcement Authority and deemed
it advisable to continue to November 17, 1993, and
WHEREAS, on November 17, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners did
convene as the governing body of the Antelope Hills Law Enforcement Authority,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration recommended said Board
adopt a budget and mill levy of zero for fiscal year 1994, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to adopt a budget and mill levy of
zero, and set the next annual meeting for the Antelope Hills Law Enforcement
Authority as May 2, 1994, at 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the 1994 budget and mill levy of zero for the Antelope
Hills Law Enforcement Authority be, and hereby is, adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the next annual meeting for the
Antelope Hills Law Enforcement Authority be, and hereby is, scheduled on May 2,
1994, at 9:00 a.m.
