RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY
COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Community Corrections Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tom Quammen be
appointed as the Prosecuting Attorney, with his term to expire
August 1, 1991 , and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Ralph Dunlap be
appointed to said Board in a citizen' s position, with his term to
expire August 1 , 1993 , and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Dick Evans be
reappointed, with his term to expire August 1 , 1993 , and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Lee Steele,
Probation Department representative, be reappointed to said Board,
with his term to expire August 1 , 1993 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Tom Quammen and Ralph
Dunlap to the Weld County Community Corrections Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board also desires to reappoint Dick Evans and
Lee Steele to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Tom Quammen be, and
hereby is, appointed to serve on the Weld County Community
Corrections Board, with his term to expire August 1 , 1991.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Ralph Dunlap be, and
hereby is, appointed to service on said Board, with his term to
expire August 1, 1993.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Dick Evans be, and
hereby is, reappointed to serve on said Board, with his term to
expire August 1 , 1993.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Lee Steele be, and
hereby is, reappointed to said Board, with his term to expire
August 1, 1993 .

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
