HomeMy WebLinkAbout910163.tiff • RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZE ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY - 59TH AVENUE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the County Attorney's Office has presented for acceptance deeds for the right-of-way along 59th Avenue, being more fully described as Lots 55, 56, 57, 58, and 59, in Block 1, Amended First Replat of the Second Addition to the Highland Hills Subdivision, Greeley, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after consideration, the Board deems it advisable to accept said deeds, copies being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the deeds for Lots 55, 56, 57, 58, and 59, in Block 1, Amended First Replat of the Second Addition to the Highland Hills Subdivision, Greeley, Colorado be, and hereby are, accepted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of March, A.D. , 1991.
