THE PARTIES TO THIS ACTION entered into a stipulation. The parties advised the Board of Assessment Appeals of the stipulation by telephone; the Board therefore vacated the October 18 , 1993 hearing. A copy of the stipulation is attached and incorporated as a part of this decision. FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS: 1 . Subject property is described as follows : COMMERCIAL BANK PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1001 27TH AVENUE, GREELEY, COLORADO (Weld County Schedule Number 62-0959-12-1-04-003) 2 . Petitioner is protesting the 1993 actual value of the subject property. 3 . The parties agreed that the actual value of the subject personal property should be reduced to: Land $171, 815 . 00 Improvements $178, 185 . 00 Total $350 , 000 . 00 4 .
