RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF GEORGIA KANTEN TO WELD COUNTY HUMAN RESOURCES
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Human Resources
Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Georgia Kanten be appointed to said
committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Georgia Kanten to said
committee, with her term to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Georgia Kanten be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Human Resources Committee, with her term to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by
the following vote on the 26th day of October, A.D. , 1992.
