RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF PORTABLE CLOSED CIRCUIT CRUSHING AND SCREENING PLANT
FROM POWER EQUIPMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Purchasing Policies and Procedures require that
all used property be purchased by Board resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that the Weld County Road and Bridge
Department is in need of a Portable Closed Circuit Crushing and Screening Plant,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that a used Crushing and Screening Plant,
being described as one 1993 EL JAY Model 1330 Portable Closed Circuit Crushing
and Screening Plant, be purchased from Power Equipment Company, for a total price
of $295,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, hereby authorizes the purchase of one 1993 EL JAY Model
1330 Portable Closed Circuit Crushing and Screening Plant, from Power Equipment
Company, for a total price of $295,000.00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of January, A.D. , 1994.
