RE: INCREASE CHANGE FUND FOR ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT AND ELIMINATE CHANGE FUNDS
FOR PLANNING AND BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board that the change fund in the
Accounting Department be increased from $50.00 to $200.00, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended to the Board that the two change
funds of $175.00 each in the Planning and Building Inspection Departments be
eliminated, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board has determined that it is
appropriate to increase the change fund in the Accounting Department and to
eliminate the two change funds in the Planning and Building Inspection
Departments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the change fund in the Accounting Department be, and
hereby is, increased from $50.00 to $200.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the two change funds of $175.00
each in the Planning and Building Inspection Departments be, and hereby are,
eliminated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of October, A.D. , 1993.

SUBJECT: Resolutions for Change Funds
DATE: September 23, 1993
We need a resolution prepared that will increase the change fund in the
Accounting Department from $30.00 to $200.00. In addition, we want to eliminate
two change funds of $175.00 each in the Planning and Building Inspection
Departments respectively.
Please prepare the necessary resolution and review with Claud prior to its
presentation to the board.
