RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #1664 - BOLET
COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at a regular Board meeting on November 16, 1994, the Board was presented
with the request for Recorded Exemption#1664 which was submitted by Bolet Company, P.O. Box
747, Eaton, Colorado 80615, for property described as the E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 6
North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described
in the plat which shall be provided by the applicant and known as Exhibit "A", said plat to be
recorded, and
WHEREAS,this request is to divide the property into parcels estimated to be approximately
84 acres and 3 acres, and
WHEREAS, at said meeting on November 16, 1994, only three Board members were
present, and the applicant's representative, Bruce Johnson, requested a continuance to
November 28, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request for Recorded Exemption #1664 submitted by Bolet Company
be, and hereby is, continued to November 28, 1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of November, A.D., 1994.
