Sirs ,
I'm writing with regard to Weld's recent aqu.isition of Keota. I 'm
especially interested in any information you may have concerning
lots and/or land in the Keota area.As a photographer and longtime
Greeley resident ,the town of Keota and the surrounding area have
been frequent subjects of my photography.
I 've often thought about the possibility of buying a small piece
of property in or near Keota simply for the convenience of having
a "base station" for more extensive photographic studies.Such a
base would permit portable darkroom facilities and overnight
parking if necessary.
I don't for-see property improvements being undertaken except
necessary cleanup and upkeep since this base station would not
be used often and never for extended periods. I would probably
be the only person using it .
I would appreciate hearing from you concerning the status and
availability of land and/or lots that may be for sale in that
area ,whether through tax sales ,county sales ,or open market.
