RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT - TIRE MOUNTAIN
AND WIXCO SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a Certificate of Deposit in the amount of
$10, 000 .00 , has been submitted by Tire Mountain and Wixco
Services, as the performance guarantee required as a Condition of
the Amended Special Review Permit granted by Resolution dated
August 30 , 1989 , and
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Deposit has been reviewed by a
member of the County Attorney ' s staff and found to be acceptable,
and
WHEREAS, the intial term of said automatically renewable
Certificate of Deposit is from December 15 , 1989 , through December
15 , 1990, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable
to accept said Certificate of Deposit, a copy being attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Certificate of
Deposit submitted by Tire Mountain and Wixco Services be, and
hereby is, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
January, A.D. , 1990 .
