Home My WebLink About930281.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE REQUEST FROM LUCKY STAR CORPORATION, DBA LUCKY STAR BAR AND GRILL, TO CHANGE, ALTER, OR MODIFY PREMISES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request from Lucky Star Corporation, dba Lucky Star Bar and Grill, for permission to change, alter, or modify its premises, in connection with its license for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, WHEREAS, said request concerns the addition of a 40' X 40' patio, sliding doors, and a small stage on the premises located at 33131 Highway 85, Lucerne, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Lucky Star Corporation, dba Lucky Star Bar and Grill, for permission to change, alter, or modify its premises as hereinabove stated, be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said request.
