RE: CORRECTION OF LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION
NO. 1296 - DONALDSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated September 19 ,
1990 , approve a Recorded Exemption for Michael J. and Jeff
Donaldson, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution described the property as being
located in the Ni of the NW} of Section 18 , Township 7 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , said property should be described as being located
in the Ni of the NWI of Section 28 , Township 7 North, Range 65
West o£ the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, (Correction
underlined) , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to correct the legal
description for Recorded Exemption No. 1296 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the legal description
for Recorded Exemption No. 1296 , granted to Michael J. and Jeff
Donaldson, be, and hereby is , corrected as hereinabove stated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
October, A.D. , 1990 .
