RE: APPROVE REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE HEARING DATE - ROBERT E. AND
LANORA COMER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing was scheduled for January 24 , 1990 , at
10 : 00 a.m. , to consider the request of Robert E . and Lanora Comer
for a Change of Zone, and
WHEREAS, R. Russell Anson, Attorney representing Robert E.
and Lanora Comer, submitted a letter to the Board requesting that
the hearing be _rescheduled to a later date because Mr. Anson will
not be in town on that date , and
WHEREAS, after consideration, the Board deems it advisable to
reschedule the hearing of January 24 , 1990 , to February 7 , 1990 ,
at 10 : 00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Robert E. and
Lanora Comer hearing of January 24 , 1990, be, and hereby is,
rescheduled to February 7 , 1990 , at 10 : 00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
January, A.D. , 1990 .

Dear Tommie:
This letter is to follow up our telephone conversation concerning
the setting of the hearing for Robert Comer, doing business as
Plastic Art Products . As I understand it, his hearing has
presently been set for January 24 , 1990 . On that date I will be
unavailable and therefore I am requesting that the hearing date
be rescheduled to a Wednesday in February. Any Wednesday in
February will be satisfactory although the earlier the better .
Thank you very much for your anticipated prompt attention to this
matter .

Subject Request to reschedule hearing - Comer
Russell Anson, Attorney representing Robert and Lanora Comer, has
submitted a letter requesting that their Change of Zone hearing be
rescheduled.
This hearing is currently scheduled for January 24 , at 10 :00 a.m. ,
but Mr. Anson will not be in town cn that date.
This office recommends that the Board reschedule this hearing for
February 7 , at 10 : 00 a.m. Commissioner Kirby will not be present
on that date, but this does not appear to be a controversial
hearing.
