HomeMy WebLinkAbout941032 RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1056 FOR AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE LARGER THAN 1, 500 SQUARE FEET (1,920 SQUARE FEET) IN AN A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONED SUBDIVISION - WILLIAM F. AND LAURA A. SCHMOLL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 19th day of October, 1994, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of William F. and Laura A. Schmoll, 4225 South Lincoln Avenue, Loveland, Colorado 80537, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit #1056 for an accessory structure larger than 1,500 square feet (1, 920 square feet) in an A (Agricultural) Zoned subdivision on the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot 4, Pleasant View, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, at the hearing on October 19, 1994, said applicants were not present or represented, and WHEREAS, Planning staff informed the Board that said applicants requested a continuance to October 26, 1994, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and, having been fully informed, deemed it advisable to continue said request to October 26, 1994, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the application of William F. and Laura A. Schmoll for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for an accessory structure larger than 1,500 square feet (1,920 square feet) in an A (Agricultural) Zoned subdivision. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Gloria Dunn, Planning Department representative, indicated the applicants have requested a continuance to October 26, 1994, because Mr. Schmoll is out of town. No public testimony was offered concerning the continuance of this matter. Commissioner Harbert moved to continue the request of William F. and Laura A. Schmoll for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for an accessory structure larger than 1,500 square feet (1,920 square feet) in an A (Agricultural) Zoned subdivision to October 26, 1994, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Baxter, and it carried unanimously.
