RE: AFFIRM APPOINTMENT OF RACHEL KOLOKOFF TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Emergency Medical
Services Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Rachel Kolokoff be appointed to said
council to replace Mary Mast as EMS Coordinator for the Emergency Services
Division of Aims Community College, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to affirm the appointment of Rachel
Kolokoff to said council, with her term to expire December 31, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the appointment of Rachel Kolokoff to the Weld County
Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council, with her term to expire December 31,
1993, be, and hereby is, affirmed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of November, A.D. , 1993.
