2 . Petitioner is protesting the 1992 assessed value of the
subject property.
3. The parties agreed that the 1992 assessed value of the
subject property should be reduced to:

4. The Board concurs with the Stipulation.

6 . The valuation, as established above, shall be binding only
with respect to tax year 1992 .
7 . Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made:
ADJUSTMENTS MADE ON THE LIFE OF THE EQUIPMENT. THE LIFE WAS
REDUCED FROM 10 YEARS TO 7 YEARS DUE TO THE CONDITIONS IN WHICH THE
EQUIPMENT EXISTS. THE LIFE IS EXPECTED TO STAY AT THE AGREED 7
YEAR LEVEL UNLESS SOME NEW INFORMATION COMES TO LIGHT WHICH NEITHER
PARTY CAN FORESEE AT THIS TIME.
8 . Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the
Board of Assessment Appeals on MARCH 23, 1992 (date) at
3 :00 P .M. (time) be vacated; or, a hearing has not yet been
scheduled before the Woard of Assessment Appeals (check if
appropriate) .
