RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING FOUR TAX ABATEMENT PETITION - JAMES E. WINTER,
DBA WINTER ENTERPRISES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with four Tax Abatement Petition
concerning James E. Winter, dba Winter Enterprises, with said petitioner being
represented by Dougherty & Scavo, tax agent, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on February 3, 1992, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter two weeks to allow
adequate time for said agent to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter will be reconsidered by the Board on February
19, 1992, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
