Dear Mr. Lacy and Commissioners:
This letter will serve to notify you of my intent to
construct an additional pond at my Roggen Disposal facility,
Roggen, Colorado, pursuant to the conditions found within
USR-481 :81 : 27 .
The permit authorizes four ponds. I presently have two
and plan to construct a third. The pond will be constructed
in compliance with the requirements of the permit and state
and county regulations.
I would like to begin construction as soon as possible.
Therefore, I would appreciate your review of the proposal at
your earliest convenience and a return letter authorizing
the construction.
Plans for the proposed pond will be in your hands
presently.
Upon completion and approval of the new pond, we will
transfer the contents of Pond B to the new pond so I can
allow the evacuated pond to dry down and insure the
integrity of that pond.
