RESOLUTION
RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 450 - LEWIS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request for a Subdivision
Exemption No. 450 from Robert L. and Suzan R. Lewis, for property which is
located in part of the NE; of Section 21, Township 2 North, Range 64 West of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on January 20, 1993, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to Monday, January 25,
1993 at 9:00 a.m. to allow the Weld County Attorney's Office adequate time for
research.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter will be reconsidered by the Board on Monday,
January 25, 1993 at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the followin vote on the 20th day of January, A.D. , 1993.
