Dear Planning Services,
The Kersey Community Church is in the process of acquiring
1 .003A+ of land from Robert L. and Barbara J. Hoff. The land
is presently being utilized for grazing as it is native pas-
ture.
This parcel is located directly south of the Kersey Church
property and is a natural addition to our parcel. The church
has no plans to use the acquired property anytime in the im-
mediate future, but perhaps could be utilized if and when the
church embarks on a new building program. In the meanwhile,
it will merely be used as a "buffer" area and Mr. Hoff will
continue to pasture it.
We are aware that prior to any building or other "commercial"
type, the existing "conditional use permit" will have to be
amended.
Attached please find copies of deeds showing the respective
ownerships, together with plots and legal descriptions in the
before and after postures.
Should you need any additional information regarding this matter,
please advise.
