RE: NOTICE OF MAJOR ACTIVITY
Dear Commissioners :
Pursuant to State statute, this is to notify you of a
proposed subdivision in the Town of Platteville which exceeds 5
acres in area. The Developers are Jack E. Baysinger , Albert L.
Baysinger and George W. Taylor, c/o Baysinger Bros. Construction,
P.O. Box 151 , Brighton, CO 80601 .
The proposed "Village Vista Subdivision" is described as :
Tract 2, Village South Plat, being a part of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 24 , Township 3 North, Range 67
West of the 6th Principal Meridian as per map recorded
February 27 , 1989 , in Book 1225 at Reception No.
2171879 , County of Weld , State of Colorado, Containing
6 . 857 acres , more or less.
The proposed Subdivision is for 26 single family residential
units on 26 lots. The Developers' application for Preliminary
Plat approval was sent to the Weld County Department of Planning
Services for review and comments on July 7 , 1992.
