N r this Ordinance, to set fees and charges for services provided by the Weld County

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
re- z County, Colorado, that Ordinance No. 82-J be, and hereby is, repealed and that
N the fee schedule set forth in Exhibits "A" through "C", copies of which are
o • attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, shall be the fees charged
O a by the Weld County Health Department for the described services.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that this Ordinance shall supersede all
� N prior Ordinances and Resolutions concerning fees for the services enumerated in
w w this Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the effective date of said fee
schedule shall be January 1, 1992, and such fees shall remain in full force and
effect until the Board ordains to change such fees.
