Shultz, Chattmen Gentlemen: This refers to your letter of March 31, 1959, wherein you are endeavoring to comply with registration requirements of Section 4222 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as amended, so that you may purchase, tax free, articles subject to tax under Chapter 32 of the Code. Your letter as filed will be sufficient for registration under the present temporary procedures. Undoubtedly, when permanent regulations are promulgated, we will issue you some type of number or recognition which you will use when making purchases for the Board of County Commissioners.
