RE: ESTABLISH TRUST FUND FOR POUDRE RIVER TRAIL SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County has entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City
of Greeley and Town of Windsor regarding the development of the Poudre River Trail System, and
WHEREAS, said Intergovernmental Agreement creates an advisory board known as the
"Poudre River Trail Corridor Board", hereafter referred to as Corridor Board, and
WHEREAS, Corridor Board intends to raise funds to support its efforts of developing the
Poudre River Trail System, and
WHEREAS, Corridor Board desires to have a trust fund to account for these funds, and
WHEREAS, Weld County is willing to maintain and account for said fund in the Weld County
Treasury.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Poudre River Trail System Trust Fund be, and hereby is, created.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Weld County Accounting Department
shall maintain, at no cost to the Corridor Board, required accounting records for said trust fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that funds for said trust fund shall be deposited
in the Weld County Treasury.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that funds can only be withdrawn from said
trust fund with signed authorization from two members of the Corridor Board, who have been
designated as having said authority in writing.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of December, A.D., 1994.
