RELEASE OF OIL AND GAS LEASES
REFERENCE is made to those certain Oil and Gas Leases covering
real property situated in Weld County, Colorado, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made
a part hereof, and under which Leases, LOMITA OPERATING COMPANY, a
California corporation, own the Lessees interest.
NOW THEREFORE, LOMITA OPERATING COMPANY for a valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the
aforesaid Leases, do hereby quitclaim, release and surrender all of
their right, title, interest and estate in and to the aforesaid Oil
and Gas Leases and the lands demised thereunder to the record title
owners, their heirs, successors and assigns, in severalty upon the
same tenure as their said respective interest may appear; and said
Leases and the estates created thereby are hereby canceled and
terminated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, LOMITA OPERATING COMPANY, a California
corporation, has caused this instrument to be executed this 2nd day
of July, 1993 .
