RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN
OF THE BOARD TO SIGN AGREEMENT WITH
COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS FOR
INCREASE IN PRICES ON PROJECT S 0072(1)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Board be and he is hereby
authorized to sign agreement with the Colorado Department of Highways,
copy of which is hereto attached.

Observe changes in plans
Furnish and install an additional 160 feet of Corrugated Metal Culvert Pipe, Left of
Stations 110421 to 111+81. This is made necessary by removing ditch from right of way,
and routing it thru corral (feed,lot) .
Cost of items involved at original contract prices:
Item 14b Dry Common Excavation (Str.) 40 cu.yd. @ 1P 2.50 $ 100.00
Item 53b 18" Corrugated' Metal Culvert Pipe 160 lin.ft. @ 14 3.50 560.00
Total $ 660.00.
