Home My WebLink About910054.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE USE OF FOUND PROPERTY AND EVIDENCE BY THE WELD COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Sheriff has presented to the Board, a list of found property and property collected as evidence, and WHEREAS, the Sheriff has requested the use of said property, said property being more fully described in the attached Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve the use of said property by the Weld County Sheriff's Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the property, as more fully described in the attached Exhibit "A" be, and hereby is, approved for use by the Weld County Sheriff's Department.
