RE: ACCEPT ROADS FOR PARTIAL MAINTENANCE - INDIAN HEAD ESTATES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 27, 1993, the Board did approve an Improvements
Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral for Improvements and an Escrow Agreement
for Indian Head Estates, between John H. Hanna/Indian Head Estates Limited Liability Company and
the County of Weld, State of Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning Services and Public Works, by virtue of prior
approval of Certificates of Acceptance #1 through #6 for partial release of collateral to Indian Head
Estates, have recommended acceptance of the roads within said subdivision for partial maintenance,
and
WHEREAS, County Attorney staff deems it advisable to accept roads within Indian Head
Estates for partial maintenance by Weld County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the roads within Indian Head Estates be, and hereby are, accepted for partial
maintenance.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of November, A.D., 1994.
