APPOINTING MRS. CHARLES L. .KEIRNES A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, FOR A TERM OF FIVE YEARS OR UNTIL MAY 23, 1964:
WHEREAS, Joe F. Haythorn was appointed a member of the Board of Health
of Weld County, Colorado, on September 19, 1949, for a term to expire the
23rd of May, 1956, and re-appointed for a term of five years or until May
23, 1959, and said term has expired and Mr. Haythorn has expressed the wish
that he not be re-appointed, and
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy in said office and Mrs. Charles L. Keirnes
has consented to serve on said Board of Health.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, do hereby appoint Mrs. Charles L. Keirnes a member of the Board of
Health for a term to expire May 23, 1964.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen:
At the last regular meeting of the Weld County
Board of Health held at noon on Monday, December 14, 1959,
a resolution was passed recommending that the Board of
County Commissioners appoint Mrs. Charles L. Keirnes to
the position of Board Member. Mrs. Keirnes lives in the
Eaton area, and is interested in health matters.
