(hereinafter "TPS" ) , as Property Owner' s representative in connection with the valuations for assessment of Property Owner' s real and/or personal property • which is contained in Addendum A attached hereto, for the years 1990 through 1994 , for taxes payable the following year (hereinafter "Subject Property" ) .
