RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF USED CATERPILLAR 815B COMPACTOR FROM
WAGNER EQUIPMENT CO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Purchasing Policies and Procedures
require that all used property be purchased by Board Resolution,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Road and Bridge Department has
recommended the purchase of a used Caterpillar 815B Compactor
Serial number 17Z01086 , from Wagner Equipment Co. , at a cost of
$109,000 .00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby authorizes the
purchase of the above described used Caterpillar 815B Compactor
from Wagner Equipment Co. , at a cost of $109,000 .00 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
February, A.D. , 1990 .
