RE: APPROVE DELETION OF DEVELOPMENT STANDARD #3 OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1027

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated November 3, 1993, the Board did approve
Special Review Permit (USR #1027) , for a single family dwelling on a lot under
the minimum lot size in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the SE* of Section 8, Township 7
North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Howard and Jeannine Enos,
3704 Richmond Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado 80526, to delete Development
Standard #3 from said USR #1027, and
WHEREAS, upon verification from the Public Works Department that Weld
County Road 17 north of State Highway 14 is maintained by Weld County, the
Department of Planning Services staff recommends said request be granted, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and
statements of those present, studied the request of the permit holders and the
recommendations of the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the
exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed,
deems it advisable to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Development Standard #3 of Special Review Permit #1027
be, and hereby is, deleted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of March, A.D. , 1994.

Request to remove Development Standard #3 from USR-1027
Subject:
Howard and Jeannine Enos are requesting that Development Standard #3 regarding
road maintenance on Weld County Road 17, which accesses their property, be
removed from the Special Review permit referenced above. Weld County Road 17
north of State Highway 14, at this location, is a public road and maintained by
the County Engineering Department. The Department of Planning Services staff
supports the Enos's request to remove this Development Standard.

Wednesday, March 30, 1994 at 9:00 a.m. to consider your request. This
meeting will take place in the County Commissioners' Hearing Room, first
floor, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado.
It is recommended that you or a representative be in attendance to answer
any questions the Board of County Commissioners might have with respect to
your request.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please feel free to call

1 would like to request that regulation No. 3 be removed
from the list of items stated as Developmental Standards for
both USR-1026 and USR-1027, as it has been established that
County Road 17 is a Weld County maintained public right-of-
way.
Please send us confirmation that it is a county maintained
road, and that we may have # 3 deleted from the use by
special review permit map.
