RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF BILL STARKS AND AL ARRIESSECQ TO WELD COUNTY
JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Juvenile Community
Reivew Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bill Starks, law enforcement
representative, and Al Arriessecq, social services representative, be reappointed
to said Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Bill Starks and Al
Arriessecq to said Board, with their terms to expire November 1, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bill Starks and Al Arriessecq be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Weld County Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms
to expire November 1, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the followin vote on the 28th day of October, A.D. , 1991.
